I'm a french student, and I'm going to come in Cambodia in July ; I would like to do some research about cinema in Cambodia : production, broadcasting, and the way it is perceived by audiences (either international and khmer cinema). The problem is that in France, it's very difficult to find khmer movies (excepted Rithy Panh's movie), even on the web - there are a lot of khmer movies, but without subtitles and I can't speak khmer...
I'm looking for people who could advice me some movies - movies which are available on Internet with subtitles, and which are particularly interesting to discover khmer audiovisual production.
I would also be interested to meet some cinema fans in Phnom Penh when I'm here in July !
