Bought my wife some Korean lotions and other cosmetics and a bouquet of white roses. She kept the other bouquets that I've given her during our previous Valentine years even though they're all dried out now.

Dinner was at a simple Thai restaurant and had some drinks at a romantic joint where they had rose petals shaped into a heart and a single candle lit in the middle. I know I'm married but it still feels like we're dating....lol.

You guys still have the affection for each other which is a good thing. Many couple's romance dies out after several years together. Your wife still enjoy the sweetness you put upon her. Your Valentine's night sounds really amazing and romantic. Thanks for sharing your lovely night with us.

I only got a vase of roses. My boyfriend had to work on Valentine's Day, I wasn't in the mood to go out to eat when he's tired. We always eat out so I figured the steak dinner can wait for the weekend.

Do you buy gifts or go out to eat somewhere special or do both? If you are single, do you celebrate it with friends? They need to be aware of STDs, HIV and AIDS if they're into that. There must be a wide gap between the old generation and the young generation--gap in understanding each other and possibly communication too.

When I meet new arrivals from the motherland, I cringed. You can't believe the level of ignorance I have to deal with, HAHA just kidding.
